We provide a direct line of communication through Slack and can schedule weekly calls to discuss project developments. Our team prioritises responsiveness and strives to provide an excellent customer experience throughout the process.
What is the cancellation policy for the subscription?
Clients can cancel their subscription at any time without a cancellation period. They will only be charged for the current week and nothing more.
Do you offer maintenance services for the websites you design?
Yes, we offer maintenance services for our websites, which are not included in the weekly subscription. We have affordable maintenance packages to match client's needs.
What if I don't like the design?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with the initial design concepts, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure we meet your expectations. We will work closely with you, taking your feedback into account, until we achieve the desired result.
